What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, location, the role you are hiring for and anything you write in the brief. We do not buy contact data and we do not enrich what you send us against third-party databases.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to source candidates for the role you described. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not run automated email sequences, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside HireBrazilDevs.

How long we keep it

Twenty-four months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner we do it within seven days — email contact@hirebrazildevs.com and no explanation is required.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If we add analytics later, this page changes first and the change will be visible in the site’s public repository history.

Where the data lives

Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and sent to us by email. Google acts as our processor. Access is limited to the people at HireBrazilDevs who respond to enquiries.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email contact@hirebrazildevs.com and we will respond within seven days.
