About HireBrazilDevs
HireBrazilDevs is a Brazilian software studio that places senior Brazilian software engineers on U.S. product teams as dedicated, full-time contractors, working U.S. business hours from a time zone one to two hours ahead of New York, on rolling monthly contracts with no recruiting fee.
Why this exists
A U.S. company that needs a senior engineer has three bad options and one good one. It can pay a recruiter 20% of first-year salary and wait three months. It can post the role and read four hundred applications. It can hire offshore and discover that a twelve-hour time difference turns every question into a day of waiting. Or it can hire someone excellent who happens to live two hours from New York instead of two subway stops.
Brazil has roughly 750,000 software developers, a domestic technology industry operating at national scale, and a time zone that lines up with the U.S. east coast almost perfectly. What it has lacked, for U.S. buyers, is a straightforward way in — one with published prices and without a twelve-month contract.

Who runs it
HireBrazilDevs was founded in 2026 by Gustavo Tinti, a Brazilian software engineer, and is based in Curitiba, PR. We are a small studio and we are new — which is why everything above is a commitment you can hold us to in writing rather than a claim about how many companies we have already served.
